too many automated / programmed emails and not enough personalized replies. Still have not closed a deal as the dealer states that the truck is priced aggressively but yet it has not moved? Trying to stay off the phone with them and possibly wrap things up via text and email... We'll see how it works.! Bill

Didnt give me the time of day because I wanted to test drive it before I bought it. The guy in the phone literally said don’t come if you’re not buying. Which I understand to an extent but for someone who has never driven the car I’d like to think I would be able to test drive or let alone look at it before giving them my money.

I emailed and they got back to me fast.

Dealer was very informative. Answered all questions and concerns. He even gave suggestions if a issue arises in the future. Confident he is your best bet. Thank you again Ahmed

Yes was contacted by dealership - car way overpriced as blue book upper limit is $9,500 and similar cars for sale for under $10,00 - dealer was polite via email but not willing to counter offer. Found that odd.

Initially went to view the car and decided to purchase. There was an issue with the drivers side lock and key. Dealer promised to have it fixed for pickup on Tuesday. They did not fix the lock, we ended up getting it repaired. We were in a bind and the pictures on web were better than seeing the car in person. The dealer did give us a deal and took off $$ fir us to get the repair. That’s why I have 2 stars.

Wasn't a friendly place! The price posted on CarGurus was advertised at $6,200 when I got there it was $7,427. Very misleading. The explanation didn't make any sense. Very misleading!! Nevertheless I wish them well, but it's one place I'll never visit again!

Talked with dealer who told me to call the next day for a test drive, only to find out the car was already sold!
