94’ Mazda B4009 Electrical Issue

Asked by John Jan 19, 2018 at 07:41 PM about the 1994 Mazda B-Series B4000 SE 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Well my 94 Mazda b4000 wouldn’t start
after picking my son up from school. I got
a jump and even then it wasn’t starting
until my dad pulled a little metal piece
away from another cable and it started
right up. We figured that it was draining the
battery. Well when I turned on the light my
right headlight wasn’t working and my
check engine light was going off and on on
the way home. Well it completely died as I
pulled into my driveway. I just had
electrical issues a couple months ago with
the truck and had the starter, alternator,
and solenoids tested and it ended up
being I’m and idiot and the battery cable
was loose. First thing I checked this time
around.
