Try to do a reset by unpluging the battery terminals for a good 1hr. Some ppl said to wuickly tap to terminal ends while they are off of the battery. But i wouldnt reccomend that since it could possibly short out ecu. Only rrason why it runs rush is iac or temp sensor could be bad. Iac is idle air control which measures air mixture in return the temp sensor manages the condition once hot it leans out the amount of fuel needed to operate. Sometimes its possible for a ground to be bad so clean up as many as you can find. Maf sensor could be bad but a high idle would occur. Which has happened to me once after a basic ignition tune up. This car is pretty basic and not much to figure out other than how to dial in the tps throttle boby postion sensor. It needs a certain amount of amps\or/volts in order for it to operate correctly with all the other components.
