if my abs light comes on and off can it be tested if light is out
If the ABS light is on, the system is diactivated casuing you to slip when stopping. If it is flashing on and off, I suspect one of your wheels sensors or wiring is causing the issue. Do you have snow where you are at? The sensor might just be filled with ice and snow.
It can be tested with the light off, as a code usually is stored in memory.
you can use a car diagnostic tool to find the code and it should tell you what side it is doing it. in most newer makes and models a failing wheel bearing can cause the abs light to come on. but for starters check the codes, then move on to checking the sensors and wireing. and from there if you can't find an issue replace the hub thats causing the issue
