Ok I just got a 99 cougar and there was a fuse that
was out so I put one in and the alarm goes off and
won't stop I tried everything and the speedometer
don't work I put a new speed sensor on and still
nothing could it be cuz of the fuse that is out I can
not get alarm to go off when it's in

Most likely the alarm has an electrical issue and that is why the fuse was taken out previously. If you want it to stay off, I'd suggest leaving the fuse out.

Ok would you know why the speedometer wouldn't be working even after I put a new speedometer sensor on what els could I do
