A car that costs $3000 is there any way that it could be financed even though its such a small price?

It sure can. If you're trying to buy it and start establishing good credit you may need a co- signer. Unless it's a buy here/pay here dealer. A co-signer is another person who is telling the bank or loan company that if you don't pay the loan, they will. HTH. -Jim
