I have a Honda Odyssey 2018 and the transmission light went on how do I fix
it and what would be the problem

Transmission light illuminates to tell you that you have a serious transmission problem. If you're comfortable working on transmissions, that's diagnostics and repairs, go ahead and search for the problem. Otherwise get the car to a transmission pro.

I just saw that this is a 2018, and that should be under warranty. If so, take it to the dealer and DO NOT attempt to fix it yourself, or have anyone other than an authorized Honda mechanic touch it. That might give Honda an excuse to void your warranty for this.
