How do i replace the ac blend door arm?

I just bought an 03 mountaineer and the ac blend isn't
working. The problem is the arm for the bladder is missing.
How do i replace/repair this? Here's a picture of the
bladder. The arm that's missing is at the left top there's a
hole there

You'll have to find a junk yard for that part. It's called blend door vacuum actuator linkage
