How do I get my 2004 Mountaineer out of "test" mode on the message center?

About 40% if the time when I turn on
my Mercury it says test in the
message center and the gauges
sweep and the lights come on how
do I get it to stop?

I dont know of any quick way to fix this Im not sure why its doing it. I would say something is wrong with the insrument clutster. take it to the dealer and get it checked out see what they say.

Turn off the ignition and the cluster should return to normal. Is the RESET Button stuck in?
