My media screen has black in the middle of screen

My 2019 Jeep Cherokee screen has black in the
middle of the screen so I can’t see my screen fully
and even when I use my back up camera I can’t
see my full screen it’s black in the middle . Does
anyone else have any idea what the problem is I
shut screen off and put back on and still same
problem
