Make sure the engine isn't seized up. Also check to see if the battery is low, as well as the alternator.

The motor is fine an the battery is good I turned the truck off at work an went to leave an this happened

Take a screwdriver to the two terminals on the starter. Touch them together to see if the truck turns over that way. If it does, then your starter solenoid is bad.

I have it's a brand new starter an solenoid I think it's the key switch I can turn the switch on an everything works but when I turn it to start nothing happens no clicking or anything would that mean a bad switch

It's a Manual so I was able to roll start it with the clutch but it still wont start with the key an ignition

So your engine turned over, but didn't start. Even though you popped the clutch to roll start it? Maybe something is going on with the anti-theft system, if it is equipped with such. If not, then your PCM would probably be the issue. It is rather difficult diagnosing a no-start over the computer without actually looking at the problem first hand, but we will try our best to get you back on the road.

Your wiring harness could also be the culprit as well. Try finding the ignition power wire from the harness in the steering wheel column and find out if you're getting power there. And if I understand correctly, you did try to touch the starter leads together and it didn't work?
