Mazda navaho won't start. What would be the problem?

92' navaho makes a clicking noise when I turn the key. dash lights and running lights all work fine

undervoltage condition....bad ground~


and or battery is old/needs replacing or charged. What is the voltage? You can remove and take to a local auto parts store and they will test it for you.
