My 1992 mazda navajo does not turn over and I have no power to any accessories? Is it the battery or alternator?

Probably the battery. Borrow a voltmeter and test it, should be 12.4Volts across the terminals. If not, then new battery, if you do have voltage, check you battery cable connections.

Most likely a bad connection on battery. Take the battery terminals off and clean them up nice and shinny and clean the battery posts up to a shine.
