Not starting

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2002 mazda 626 will not crank, but when I try to crank it all
the lights on the dash work? Is this the starter?

make sure batt. as charged and terminals are tight , if there's a starter relay check that , if that's good then see if power is getting to the solenoid when you hit the key , the large starter wire should be HAT , hot at all times , if all checks out then probably the starter
