Fuel pump not working

After changing head gaskets vehicle wont start. Alot of gas smell...
fuel pump not kicking in-is there a reset switch for the fuel pump?

If you have a lot of gas smell then I would say that the fuel pump is working, if you did the work yourself then it is highly possible that you missed some connections. I hope that you had the head shaved while it was off otherwise you'll be back replacing the gasket again very soon.
