I have a 98 expedition and the ac blows normal on the rear but the front blows very little and has to be on low, if temp changes higher it stops blowing, blows heat or it wont blow.

Heater does the same. Can this be a
broken or loose line or the
condenser?

No or the rear air would not work. Could be a temp sensor or servo malfunction inside the main heater box, hopefully you don't have an HVAC computer failure.
