I  am having a high idel problem, I have replaced
the IAC, cleaned the throttle body, with no effect.  It
will go as high as 4500rpm's at times, I  need help

Did you check for vacuum leaks?

I would say vacuum leaks, an emissions yes will confirm this which your local shop can carry out
