2017 Ram Big Horn. Inquired about cash price over the $25543 price, and
was best price was 32293. Then, later received email in response to Guru
email, asking if I wanted to see truck, and quoting 25543. This can be seen
on Guru price adjustments. This dealership should be removed from Guru
and reported as SCAM.
Have copy of texts and emails to dealer, Dealer would not honor posted
pricing, and would not negotiate. from their 32293 . This ruins any credibility
with this dealer and looks bad for Guru also. James Lyles  jelyles@sc.rr.com

It ruins the credibility of the dealership yes, but it does nothing to CarGurus. They are only a listing site. The sellers are all responsible for their own pricing. Sucks you went through that, but that's how it goes with dealers sometimes. Move on and find a better, more reputable one.
