2017 camry with high RPM

car going on slow speed (30 mph) while middle of drive but high RPM (up to
4000 rpm). do not feel shaking or jerking. Go back to normal after pulling over
and park.

Yes, sounds like it stopped shifting and never got to a gear higher than 2nd. Take it to a trans shop and have them diagnose and correct.
