1999 Isuzu trooper brake lights won't come
on.

Check brake light fuse, if it's blown then you need to find out what blew it, if fuse is good check for power to the brake light switch, if you have it going in and coming out when you step on the brake pedal then you have a wiring problem on the brake light circuit after the switch, if no power exiting the brake light switch when the pedal is pushed replace and adjust the brake light switch.
