Where is the exact spot on starter to use screwdriver manually to srart the
vehichle?  2003 ford deisel 4x4  superduty extended cab?

Make sure it is out of gear and the key is "on" to open the fuel valve. Take a heavy screw driver and jumper across the two largest terminals on the solenoid to make it crank. That bypasses the solenoid. You can also 'thump" the solenoid with a block of wood while someone is turning the key to "start". Solenoids sometimes stick. (Don't melt your favorite screwdriver.)
