What is the exact product I need

I need a back bumper for the car but I am confused on what is the exact
product I need to buy. I see bumper covers and other things.

All there is on my car is the metal part.

Well you would need a new bumper cover, but by the looks of the vehicle, that was a big hit. It looks like you will need a left rear fender, new hardware, suspension components, the wheel looks crooked. You very well could have unibody damage as well. I would have the vehicle put on a lift and looked at thoroughly by an auto body shop to determine the extent of the hidden damage. It might not be even worth fixing it.
