button to go up or down the car power surges and vibrates any helpful hint
would be a great thanks
The only way the distributor would affect the idle and make the car "vibrate" is if it is not set to the right timing. Vibrations are usually caused by a failed or failing damper pully on the crank shaft. You dash board has mini light bulbs in the back of the instrument cluster. They can only be changed by removing the entire cluster from the dash board and taking out and replacing each bulb. Unless the bulb is completely black or you can see the element inside it is broken, you will need to use a continuity tester to check each bulb to see if it is good. I am not sure about your model, but the 2000 has 3 different size bulbs inside the cluster. As to the power surges when pushing the window buttons, I would have the drive belts and the alturnator checked because it sounds like you are not getting enough output when you operate the accessories.
