Rear wheels lock up

2000 Ford Expedition . When I put in
in first gear the rear end locks .
Doesn't matter if in AWD, 4high or 4
low. Just rear axel only

They had a recall on the rear e-brake shoes breaking apart causing wheels to lock up.
