does the gauges run off a relay or a fuse or could it be an electric problem?

My gauges went out on the dashboard and my windows won't come down.

The gauges are ran with a fuse. Check your fuse panel.

My honda accord 94' gages and dimmer lights does work, just both signal and high headlight working ( green light for signal, and blue for high headlight, on)
