Over heating and engine hesitation

Hello.. some body give me an idea on why my car
is hesitating when I accelerate. When I diagnosed
it with OBD II scanner it has shown as  P0117. I hv
replaced with a new thermostat switch, but still
scanner showing fault code P0117. Why????

Could be a bad coil pack, or fuel filter and or fuel pump. No expert but I would start there.

Make sure u got water in the block and ur not overheating too. Make sure ur water pump is working. Check ur temp sensor and its Voltage. All in all ur Engine is not happy take to mechanic b4 driving any further.

Coolant temperature sensor code. Test circuit and also sensor itself. Replace and bleed air out of system.
