Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 98 Honda accord ex and the tack was
going to zero on and off! I replaced the battery and
the alternator and its still doing samething  door an
trunk lights are on and it starts losing power an
poping like it back firing threw the cold air intake!
Can someone please help?
