How do you remove the dash on a 1999 honda passport

I had to much stuff in my glove box and something fell back behing there and
my ac sounds like a helicopter taking off,

You likely don't need to remove the dash. When the glove box got to full something slipped behind it and got caught in the blower fan. Under and behind the glove box is the blower motor. Fairly easy to get too. 3 or 4 short bolts and it is out. It will likely have paper or something stuck in it. Clean it out and be sure to reach up inside the blower tube and check for additional stuff.
