Anytime you disconnect main power without using a preset saver tool you run a risk of loosing factory presets in the BCM, the only place to get them back is th dealer, they will have to reflash the system, usually runs about a hundred bucks. There is usually a warning in the owners manual about replacing the battery. This all started in 2005.
