Check the inside the air cleaner housing for water, if there is some you may have damaged the Mass Air Flow Sensor, is there a check engine light on? If so you will need to start with the codes that the computer has stored. If not then you will have to tow it to a shop that can do live data scanning just to find out what got messed up with the washing.
