2003 honda accord electrical issues
Power windows, door locks, power mirrors went out. Fixed
locks and mirrors windows still don't work. Dashboard
gauges, turn signals, wipers stopped working. Headlights still
work. Gear shift won't shift out of park. I think its the solenoid
not receiving signal that brake is depressed or solenoid is
bad. Any suggestions on problem? Any thing helps. P.s Fuses
have been check and are all fine as well as the relays

Take it into a shop with a code reader, if you don't already have one, they'll be able to tell you whats wrong
Power windows worked but occasionly stopped. I would have to roll passenger window down first in order to get the driver window to roll down. After a while the whole panel stopped working. I found some wires in the door jamb that had been pulled loose. Shortly after that my dashboard gauges stopped working. I contacted my father and he asked me to bring it to his house and he would look at it. (He looked at it last Tuesday) upon leaving my house I found I could not shift it out of park unless I used the small override button. After my dad looked at it we pulled the metal clips out of the connector in the door jamb and reattached the wires put it back and got the door locks and mirrors to function again. So I moved to looking at the gear shift and check the small solenoid under it and it appeared to not get any power to it cause when I pushed on the brake it wouldn't do anything. So I determined it was either a bad solenoid or it just wasn't getting the signal to work. I have no idea what is wrong with the dashboard or why it stopped working.
OK Replace the shifter interlock switch and see if that corrects that issue,( it should if you have power to it and not working)then move on to the dash.
Ok. Is it a dealer part cause auto parts stores don't carry it
PROBLEM SOLVED!!! Turns out it was a blown IG Meter fuse. I didn't think that fuse affected those systems therefore it went unchecked. I checked every fuse and found it. I appreciate all your help in the matter. Have a wonderful day everyone
However I have ran into a brand new issue. The Front accessory socket fuse keeps blowing. I did find a penny in one of the 2 that I have and removed it but it still blew the new fuse I put in.
the one with the penny probably shorted you will need to replace the power port. Glad everything went well.It pays to check ALL fuses.
Agreed. It does pay off. The one with the penny in it was not the problem. When I pulled my center console to get at my gear shift lock solenoid I unplugged the one inside the center console. When I plugged it in it must have just started shorting so I unplugged it and plugged in a new fuse and it didn't blow so I'm just gonna leave it unplugged.
