2001 dodge neon won’t turn over

The car worked fine, got home after a few hours I
went to leave and the was silence. Didn’t turn over,
the lights off. I replaced the battery and it’s still
won’t do anything.

Battery connections all good, positive and negative? Use a test light at your fuse box, check for voltage at fuses, some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with key on. Ground is also important.
