I saw a 2016 chrysler 300 C AWD on your car dealer's site for $17,499 i went and purchase the car, but later found out that i did not get the car for that price, they actually sold me the car for $21,999. I think i was ripped off

Did you read the sales contract? How much of that price was taxes and fees?
