Is there a way to stop the rearview mirrors from tilting down when putting a Mazda CX nine in reverse?
yes...but take it back to the dealer to be safe.
or you can read the manual under mirrors. If the mirror selector switch (L R) is pushed to the R side, the mirrors will fold down. Position the switch in the center or L and they won't fold down.
Tried to do that. No luck. Guess I'll call the dealership Real pain in butt when towing. Have to raise mirrors with switch each time I put car in reverse. ( no camera when towing a trailer! So I need the out slide mirrors not to look at the curb ! )
also try and set it and add a few drops of loctight...should have said that.....
