Why won't the tire light go off?

Asked by JenniferDzmura Sep 18, 2022 at 05:55 PM about the 2015 Chrysler Town & Country Touring-L FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had 4 new tires and 4 new sensors installed, and I have driven the van for a

week, and the tire light is STILL ON.

Sounds like they didn’t reset the TPMS system to recognize the new sensors.

The tire shop replaced the TPMS sensors in the wheels when they replaced the tires. You bought the sensors and they are obligated to see that they work. Take the car back to have the job done right. It's likely just a programing issue to get the car to recognize the new sensors.
