I have a 1986 Jeep Comanche two wheel drive
manual 4 speed 2.5 l four cylinder and I need to
know if I could reach an excess of 50 miles an
hour in 548 ft

Try it and see but I doubt it unless that was off a cliff.. There are performance apps for your phone that will help you measure acceleration.
