1986 suburban random failure

Hello all. I have a 1986 suburban that has
an issue that while driving the whole truck
shuts off engine and electrical. Resets
radio and all lights go off. 15sec later all
comes back up and starts right back up.
Have replaced alternator, battery and
starter. Replaced and cleaned all body
frame and engine grounds. Replaced all
heavy guage wiring from batt and alt and
starter. The only odd thing ive noticed is
that the turn signal indicators are on dim
with the headlights. Not while they are
activated just in the neutral state. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in
advance.

Check the wiring in the steering column, it might be your ignition switch.
