My tires keep going bald on the outside and also alot of play in the steering , replaced alot of parts shocks, pitman arm, control arm and a few other things . I think i need new bushings in front.
With the play and abnormal wear, yes, get the car on a lift to see what is loose or broken, then get an alignment.
thanks i got the pitman arm , shocks , control arm and CV axel . I was thinking the bushings in all the front end should be replaced , but how so i find out the names of them to order them ?
did you take the SUV in for an alignment after you replaced the parts? The alignment shop will be able to tell you what parts are the issue or it's just out of spec. When replacing any suspension component, you need to realign the car. I don't want you replacing bushing if you don't have to.
X2 on the alignment if you havent
Thanks everyone i will schedule an appointment for an alignment this week ,, I will let you know thnaks for all your help !!
