My 2002 ford expedition Eddie Bauer won't get real cool. I took it to get ac checked and they said it's something that the main electrical board isn't telling the ac.

I am not doubting your AC man but if you took it in to get it fixed, why did he just tell you "It's something" and not just fix it. I am not sure what circuit board he is talking about but usually if the system is not getting cool enough it is either low on freon or a defective compressor or other conponent. Can you explain what electrical board he is talking about?

I took it to Firestone for ac check. He said freon was even a little more than needed. He said he bypassed something to check compressor and it worked. I asked him if the relay worked he said yes. I have no clue what he is talking about. And no leaks.

If he said it has a little more freon than needed, that means it is overcharged. If so, he should have bled a little off to bring it in tolerance. I am wondering if your AC clutch is slipping or the switch/wire is bad. You say is does not get real cold? There is not much else it could be. I still don't have any idea what circuit board he is referring to. If possible ask him exactly what and where it is.
