The tires might be under warranty but after 2 or three years I doubt it. If they are under warranty there will probably be a warranty card in the glove box.

Most tires are "warrantied" by treadwear. Some blowouts are covered, but in general, tire warranties are pretty stingy, all related to mileage, rotation and normal wear. It is generally not worth the argument over 1/32" of tread to get a minuscule allowance on the next tire, which will probably have to be the same as what you have. IMHO, its close to a racket.
