2014 Dodge Charger- I washed my Key Fob and now my car will not start. will it work still if I put it nose first against the push start button?
Sounds like the fob isn't transmitting a signal to the car's computer. Without the fob in the vicinity of the vehicle it won't start. In this case if a signal is not being transmitted the computer won't know the fob is in the vicinity of the vehicle so it won't allow the car to start. If you have a spare fob, use that one. If not, you can try drying out the fob and hopefully it'll start working again. If not, you're going back to Chrysler for a new fob and programming (not cheap). Sorry! HTH. -Jim
