Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So a shop changed my clutch, I had a constant rattling noise coming from the pilot bearing after that so I
assumed they messed it up then I went and did it myself the one they had in looked brand new but completely
blown apart and looked un greased new one worked fine for a few minutes of driving then the rattle came right
back, any ideas on what could cause a pilot bearing to wear out so fast?
