I install fog light on a 2013 toyota tundra. the switch light comes on but the lights do not come on. What should I check next?

Are these factory lights? If they are then they are most likely wired in conjunction with the headlights, turn on headlights on low beam and see if they turn on, if not then it may be the fog light relay. They should turn off when you switch to high beams, then back on when switched back to low beams.
