Hi I bought a 1998 dodge stratus 4 cylinder 4door car a year ago had 2 replace ignition switch a month after buying, friend put in. Well its messing up again won't let me turn off key stays stuck

Like I said it stays stuck with
dashlights on wont go back any
further. Sometimes I can wiggle it
and it will finally turn off all the way
and key slips out then other times I
have to leaving it sitting for 10-30
min or better also have had a hard
time getting it to crank full pump is
fine mechanic said also full injector
pls help me figure out what's wrong

Sounds like you need your friend to replace the ignition lock cylinder this time and maybe the ignition switch as well if it got worn.
