Where is the Blower fan resistor location

Under the dash to the left of blower motor on the passenger side. You don’t have to take anything off to see it.

    2016 Durango rt. The ac/heat fan won’t blow on any fan settings unless you tap under the dash on passenger side. Could it be my blower motor going out or could it be something else?
