goin down the road 55mph car make zizzing noise and shut down after checkin it turns over but skips a lil on rurn over also water in oil but did not run hot. 99 intrepid 2.7

water in oil=blown head gasket,the noise you hearing is probably the water schorching the bearings.

water or antifreeze in cylinder,which would then be blown head gasket,or cracked head or block all three of which would put the fluid in there. Doesnt not require over hearting to do this.
