I wouldn't drive the car till I had it looked at. Could be a faulty oil pressure sensor, gauge or you truly did lose oil pressure.

Put a manual oil pressure gauge on it. Making any rattling noise? It's a bad oil sending unit or needs an oil pump and screen.

does it stay at 0, or just when you come to a stop? either of these, it is most likely the oil pump. the sending unit will cause the gauge to read high when driving and the drop when you stop.

I'm not sure if a 1993 Dodge Dakota Sport 5-speed manual transmission takes 10W- 30 or 5W-30 oil.
