You can check it yourself. The dip stick tool you need to buy is 9336A. This dip stick comes in tool kit 9336A-9541. You can get if off line for a few dollars. To check it remove dipstick tube cap and insert in to fill tube 16.69 inches when trans is warm. Read the stick. Should be in the normal operating level

Keep in mind the reason car makers stopped putting dipsticks on their trans is too many drivers were screwing up their transmissions by checking fluid levels at the wrong temperature. Determine what temperature you're supposed to check fluid levels at and make sure (use an IR thermometer) that is the only temp you check it at.

What about the owner with sense to check transmission fluid at the right temperature! No dipstick, battery inside the fender well, who designs this shit?!

If changing the filter, save all oil and put it in a clear 4-liter container. Then, add the same amount, also in a clear container. No big deal.

You are s right, I just put a battery in my 2013 Avenger with 3.6. Took me 1 hour or so to swap batteries. Now no dipstick to check transmission fluid? I miss the older cars that you could actually fix our self. All this shit is to discourage you from working on our own vehicles. TOTAL B.S.!!!!

Mine had all dipsticks and yes the battery in the wheel well without access from under the hood sucks big time but the Chrysler 300 has theirs mounted in the trunk so I got some good quality proper gauge battery wire and ran it where the wire for the subs I have in the trunk ran and now have the battery in a tidy box unit I made in case of corrosion or overheating/freezing but doesn’t take up too much space, most of the stereo wiring is now easier to deal with and if I need a jump I can do so from in front or behind my car! Minimal cost and a days putzing well worth it!

You can wipe your engine oil stick clean and mark it at 45mm and 55mm from bottom of stick and that's your warm and hot safe zone on the trans fluid level. Use a file or in my case a I marked the stick pinching at proper measurements with small wire snips. Don't cut into your oil stick. Just pinch enough to leave a little mark or groove.
