I don't believe there are any fuse panels in the dash. According to my owners manual and my own observations (and believe me I've pulled every fuse in this car due to electrical grimlins) the fuse panels are in the trunk under the mat on the right hand side (facing the front of the car while standing at the trunk) and one under the hood near the passenger side. If you have an owners manual it will tell you which fuse controls what. Otherwise you can start pulling all the fuses and see which one is burned.

In my 2007 dodge magnum I looked at the fuse box manually and did everything correctly. I noticed that there was fuses in number columns that didn't need one. It shows blanks in the manually next to the number - - - so I pulled them out. The car wouldn't start so I figured I put them in but I didn't know or remember what number goes in them and it's not in my manual. I put 20 bits in as replacements and now I think it has too much power because the car sounds different and the car started tugging. How can I find which ones made it work?????!!!!!!
