Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 04 Ford Exploror 4.6 V8 Eddie Bauer while driving it
stalled out. Had it towed to the house to check it out found
fuse #41 was blown. Put in a new fuse and soon as I go to
start the vehicle it blows. Scan tool will not hook up when
this fuse is blown so wont read anything. I decided to take
a look for any shorts. I removed the coils checked wires
didnt see anything. Reconnected everything and fuse still
blew. I put car into start like I was starting the car and put a
15 fuse in and it didnt blow. Car started up worked for
about a month no issues. Went to visit a friend who lives
off a bumpy dirt road and it stalled. I have checked PCM did
my best to follow wires from fuse box didnt see any open
wires, went under looked at the O2 sensor wires because I
seen alot of people saying that was there issue and didnt
see anything burned or frayed. I honestly dont know what
else it could be that is causing the 15 fuse to keep blowing
as soon as I try to start up the car any help would be greatly
appreciated. Only work I have had done recently was a new
starter a few months back the overhead DVD unit does not
work it comes on but screen does not show anything if that
helps any.
